DiabeticFoot helps people with diabetes prevent amputations through early detection of foot complications. Using AI, it analyses daily foot scans with 3D meshes, thermal and pressure images, and clinical data. Patients can monitor their foot health independently, while podiatrists receive accurate insights. This reduces risks, improves care, and saves lives.
From deformity to amputation
Diabetic foot complications begin with nerve damage that reduces pain sensation. Small injuries go unnoticed and, combined with poor circulation, heal slowly. This leads step by step from bone and joint damage to deformities, skin thickening, ulcers, and infections. Without early intervention, these complications often end in amputation.

Foot Severity Score
The Foot Severity Score translates medical findings into a simple scale from 1 to 9. Scores 1 to 3 mean low severity, 4 to 6 require medical attention soon, and 7 to 9 signal urgent risk. This system combines AI results with established clinical frameworks and helps patients and podiatrists react in time.

Architecture of our solution
The system has three modules. FootCheck analyses scans to detect deformities, neuropathy, and early signs of ulcers or infections. FootScore combines these results with clinical data to compute the severity score. FootChat turns the analysis into clear recommendations for the patient, always validated by the podiatrist during the project.
